Kejuruteraan Jade Star Sdn Bhd is an Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV) Fabricator & Repairer and Steam Boiler Repairer based in Sarawak and registered with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) Malaysia. DOSH is responsible for ensuring the safety, health and welfare of people at work as well as protecting other people from the safety and health hazards.

Manufacture of Pressure Vessels

The U Stamp is a mark to indicate that the pressure vessel adheres to ASME’s guidelines. KJS is accredited with this stamp which includes design, fabrication, inspection, and testing of pressure vessels.

Manufacture and Assembly of Power Boilers

We are authorized to use the ASME S Stamp which is an indication that the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements are met for the manufacture and assembly of power boilers.

Application of “NB” Mark and Registration of Boilers, Pressure Vessels or Other Pressure Retaining Items with National Board

National Board have certified and authorized KJS to apply the “NB” Mark for pressure vessels and/or pressure retaining items manufactured in accordance with ASME “U” Code Stamp.

Metallic Repairs and/or Alterations

We are authorized with the National Board  R symbol stamp for the repair and/or alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items.
